Gorkovskaya is a station of the Petersburg metro. Located on the Moscow-Petrogradskaya line between the stations «Nevsky Prospekt» and «Petrogradskaya».

The station was opened on July 1, 1963 as part of the Technological Institute — Petrogradskaya section. This name was given to its location at the beginning of the former Maksim Gorky Avenue (now Kronverksky Avenue), where the writer lived for a long time in house number 23.
