Frunzenskaya is a station of the Petersburg metro. Located on the Moscow-Petrogradskaya line between the stations «Moskovskie Vorota» and «Technological Institute».

The station was opened on April 29, 1961 as part of the «Pobedy Park» — «Technological Institute» section. The name was given in honor of the revolutionary, Soviet statesman and military leader MV Frunze, as well as the nearby Frunzensky department store. In the project, the station was called Obvodny Canal.
